WPS Billeting Registration Form

Published on 18th November 2024 in Guests News, Members News, Webex Players Series

Members are invited to host players during the upcoming Webex Tournament, held from the week commencing 6th January 2025. Billeting a player offers a wonderful chance to contribute to the tournament’s success and provides a unique opportunity to support and connect with tournament players.

Expectations for Billets:

As a billet host, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring players have a comfortable, relaxing place to rest.  Some expectations are as follows:

  1. Accommodation: Provide a private room and bed for your player. Access to bathroom facilities and other basic amenities is also required.
  2. Meals: While most players are self-sufficient, offering basic breakfast options each morning would be greatly appreciated. Any further meals can be discussed directly with the player.
  3. Transportation: Although not required, providing transportation to and from the course is a helpful gesture, especially for players unfamiliar with the area.
  4. Communication: Maintain open communication with your player. RFGC will provide you with their contact information once they are assigned to your home, allowing you to coordinate arrival times and other logistics directly. This information may arrive at the last minute due to player schedules.

If you are interested in becoming a billet host, please complete the registration form below.  All households wishing to participate as a Billet House MUST register.

If you are already in contact with a player regarding accommodation, please still register your household as a Billet House. This helps us maintain an accurate record of all participating billet arrangements. When registering, please list the player’s name in the “Other” field of the form.

Please direct any enquiries to Jodie Alaban via email to membership@rfgc.com.au or phone the Club.

Thank you for supporting the tournament and for offering our players a warm Freo welcome!
