Join us for a beautiful night of delicious French inspired cuisine. Starting with cocktails and canapes at 7pm, followed by a 4 course dinner with wine and beverage pairings and live entertainment. 

Menu: 

Canapes

Beignet – soft pillowy french donuts dusted in powdered sugar 

Oysters Mignonette – Fresh shucked oysters with an acidic shallot dressing 

Oysters Natural – Fresh shucked oysters with lemon

Entree

Seafood Crepe – with King Prawns, Scallop, Mussels and a Pernod and Saffron Reduction

Mains

Medium Roasted Eye Fillet of Beef with Paris Mash, Buttered Baby Carrots, Sautéed Spinach and Madeira Jus

Alternating with 

Grilled Gold Band Snapper Al Meunière with Fondant Potatoes, Sautéed Spinach and Confit Cherry Tomatoes

Dessert 

Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee 

Cheese 

Roquefort Blue Cheese, Fromage Daftinais, Quince Paste, Crackers, Pear

 

Entertainment by singer and pianist Kate Fairlie, accompanied by guitarist.
